Deep Purple Tickets from $53

The two Rock & Roll Hall of Fame acts will rock from coast to coast, hitting such cities as Hollywood, Forth Worth, Cincinnati, Toronto, Wantagh, and more, plus right here in Bristow's Jiffy Lube Live on September 7th 2024, for the penultimate show of the tour! Joining Deep Purple over in continental Europe for the fall will be Jefferson Starship, while REEF will be special guests for the final five U.K. shows in November.

Deep Purple have reissued a super deluxe version of their 1972 album, Machine Head, with the iconic single “Smoke on the Water.” You can also watch the brand-new music video to the track down below, right now. The track contains one of the most iconic musical riffs in classic rock history, that, according to guitarist Ritchie Blackmore, can be traced all the way back to 1808. “I thought I’d play Beethoven’s fifth backwards, put something to it,” Blackmore said in a 2007 interview. “That’s how I came up with it. It’s an interpretation of inversion. You turn it back, and play it back and forth, it’s actually Beethoven’s fifth. So, I owe him a lot of money.”

Meanwhile, Deep Purple are doing something a little different as they wait for the tour to begin. The band released a 16-second video which strongly implies that something big is on the way... you just have to brush up on our mathematics to figure it out. Head on over to YouTube to find the video featuring Ian Paice's drum kit and Don Airey's keyboard, and an animated algebraic equation that appears on the backdrop, plus a series of blink-and-you'll-miss-it, subliminal cuts with the band members.

The Prog-Rock pioneering, Yes, last year released the album, Mirror to the Sky, their 23rd studio album. The band is set to perform songs from their 5 plus decades long career, including “Roundabout” and “Owner of a Lonely Heart.”

Join Deep Purple, and Yes at Bristow's Jiffy Lube Live on Saturday, September 7th 2024, for the penultimate show of the North American =1 More Time Tour 2024! Tickets are out now.
